- Scheduling: Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation.
- Safety Protocols: Enforce safety standards and practices to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including environmental and hazardous materials handling.
- Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Cleanliness: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to senior management.
- Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to inventory, shipping, or receiving in a timely manner.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage the warehouse budget, including labor, equipment, and operational costs.

Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, typically 3-5 years.
