Assistant Contract Manager

Sen Tat Engineering Private Limited

  1. Highlight and list down deviations or special requirements during tender stage and clarify with Clients, if necessary.
  2. Coordinates and arrange site visit (if necessary), to get relevant details required for Pre-tender stages.
  3. Assist in preparing built-up tender pricing during tender stage.
  4. Responsible for submission of tenders, prepare and manage contracts and highlight / advise on any contractual matters
  5. Compile necessary project data to assist in organizing kick-off meeting with various departments for every project being awarded to brief on project schedule, procurement planning and delivery schedule.
  6. Assist in preparation of project budget for management’s approval upon project award.
  7. Responsible to all projects’ monthly progress claim submission to customers.
  8. Project administration and documentation including closing of final accounts with the subcontractors / suppliers and clients.
