Job Description:
- Meet and greet all walk-in customers as soon as they arrive.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Interact professionally with all customers to ensure customer care and satisfaction and to offer assistance where necessary.
- Record daily showroom lead traffic and assign to Sales Consultant accordingly.
- Accountable for showroom cleanliness, demonstration and Company vehicles.
- Perform clerical receptionist duties such as cashiers, filing, photocopying, compile reports and plan rosters.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Daily preparation for showroom for business (music, TV, upkeep accuracy of price list, specification sheet) and replenish point of sales and marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers for operation matters.
- Active selling of parts, accessories, merchandising and lifestyle products to customers who visit the showroom.
- Responsibility for proper billing and parts issuing.
Requirements:
- Able to OT when needed
- Able to start on short notice
- Able to start work early in the morning
- Min GCE N/O Level
