- As a member of Group Human Resources, the incumbent will be supporting the following portfolio:
- To support the planning and execution of annual awards cycle including conducting briefing for institutions’ representatives right through to preparing awards panel meetings.
- To support the claims processing for annual development awards.
- To support as a member in organising the annual awards ceremony.
- To provide secretariat support to Staff Well-Being Committee, Staff Protection Function Subcomm and any others when required.
- To help with preparation, planning and execution of training/communication across institutions.
- To help with preparation, planning and execution of projects across institutions.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in a Business Administration or Human Resources related discipline.
- Preferably with 1-3 years of experience in a HR generalist or HR development related role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in managing scholarships and awards portfolio is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong in project management, planning and prioritisation.
