Our client is a well-established MNC in Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a IT Specialist to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and configure WAN and LAN connections, along with managing associated devices.
- Monitor firewall logs and maintain backup systems.
- Responsible for implementing new system and initiative on any new projects.
- Handle any IT issues and problems in the company.
- Administer Microsoft 365 accounts and licenses.
- Take responsibility for all hardware, software assets, IT inventory, and licenses.
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for global service desk operations, deploying and configuring both current and new business processes.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in IT or any relevant field
- Minimum 4 year experience in handling WAN & LAN, TCP/IP, SSL, firewalls and VPNs
- Experience with Cloud environment and Microsoft365
