Job Description
- Scan old case files and organize them in accordance to their dates
- Assist in scheduling for HR interviews, by coordinating with various staff who are involved as well as the recruitment agents
- Any other administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Home, Head of Corporate and their designates.
- Assist staff with troubleshooting problems with their working laptop, mobile home and relevant APPs
- Liaise with our IT vendor on the above. Activate Teamviewer and monitor the repairing process.
- Assist the Operation/Facility executive in the upkeep and daily maintenance of our premise, includes attending to vendors as and when required
- Assist the Operation/Facility executive in the procurement of supplies for the residents.
Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma in business is preferred
- 3 years of experience as an Administrative Executive is preferred but not required.
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and perform multiple tasks
- Good organizational capabilities with a keen eye for details
- Good PC skills particularly with Microsoft Words / Excel / PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
