Responsibilities:
- Must complete the entire bidding procedure, which includes quoting, pricing, clearing up any doubts, and filling out the necessary paperwork.
- Examines request for bids and tender documents to comprehend specifications and project specifics.
- In charge of all project specifics, precise quantity taking off, and precise measurement taking.
- Collaborate closely with the project team and supervisor in the examination, assessment, and bargaining of quotes to guarantee prompt submission to the principal contactor.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of quantity surveyor experience in M&E Works preferably in M&E
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
- Essential skills include expertise in M&E Works, tender management, tender negotiation, cost control, tender preparation, cost management, and strong numerical abilities.
