- Weekend working hrs: 11am to 9pm (1hr lunch break. 1 hr dinner break)
Job Scope:
- Achieve personal sales target as well as outlet sales target through proactive sales activities.
- Ensure a high level of service quality and total customer satisfaction.
- Able to handle customer's request and enquiries professionally via phone, social media, or walk-in.
- Handle customers’ feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
- Identify, recommend and promote appropriate treatments and products to customers’ needs.
- Promote and explain salon’s treatments / treatment benefits to customers.
- Comfortable to communicate and build a good relationship and rapport with customers/internal team members.
- Able to work together and motivate beauticians.
- To assist in making cold-calls to customers.
- To assist in optimizing appointment booking and scheduling booking via all our enquiry platform.
- Various sponsored training courses available for skill upgrading.
- Other sales related ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Training will be provided
- Basic level computer skills.
- Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holiday
