Responsibilities :
· Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, addressing their needs, and providing relevant information about products or services.
· Collaborate with the sales & Marketing team to manage leads, update databases, and track the progress of potential customers.
· Provide assistance during sales meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available.
· Accurately enter and maintain various data reports required by the Managers
· Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
· Prepare, review, and edit documents, contracts, and reports as needed.
· Maintain the security of confidential information.
· Coordination and Support in Media Relations and Sales & Marketing.
· Support in agency-project management: Marketing Collaterals/Image Library/Advertising
· Social Media Support : Assist and work with results to elevate digital/social media brand presence. Creating and delivering creative, engaging & successful social campaigns, ensuring consistency in voice and cultivating a social media referral network & engagement.
· Website Management
· Database Management
Requirements :
· Diploma in Mass Communications/Public Relations/Marketing/New Media
· Proven media, marketing and promotions experience, from a related industry travel/ tourism/ hospitality) sector environment.
· At least 3 years of relevant experience (Hotel/PR agency/Journalism) preferred.
· Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as a part of team
· Passion for the hospitality and Tourism industry
· Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
