Our Client is a SGX Listed company in Hospitality industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Corporate HR Director to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West Area - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage groupwide benefits (insurance, long-term incentives, provident fund, e-vouchers).
- Execute key Associate Engagement programs (e.g., Quarterly Celebrating New Talent).
- Participate in statutory reporting (Annual Report, Sustainability Report, gender pay gap, etc.).
- Direct HR communications, including Long Service Awards, Townhalls, and announcements.
- Steer groupwide engagement forums (ASI, AWI, Townhalls, LSA).
- Align and review corporate HR policies with hotel level HR policies.
- Assist in recruitment, deployment, and development of corporate associates.
- Manage people development and enhance employer branding.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new associates.
- Collaborate with IT and Finance for effective people management and communications.
- Oversee daily HR operations, including payroll, updates, and associate engagement.
- Manage compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, talent reviews, bonuses, and share plans.
Requirements:
- Degree in related field
- Minimum of 10 years' HR experience in corporate setting
- Experience in listed company
