Our client is a Manufacturing company in the Biomedical industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join their HR team, in hopes of developing the current high performing production team. They are located in the North – easily accessible.
Duties
- Identifying manpower needs and developing hiring strategies based on job market research and government policies.
- Advising on salary trends and adjusting compensation packages to stay competitive.
- Enhance Employee Welfare/Benefits by researching and recommending adjustments to benefits packages to remain competitive.
- Organizing activities and events to foster teamwork and morale.
- Ensuring HR procedures comply with ISO standards and customer requirements.
- Preparing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, coordinating with Operations, managing pre-employment processes, and maintaining employee profiles.
- Training Course Administration by sourcing and registering for courses, processing payments, and handling training-related matters.
Requirement
- At least 5 years of HR experience in Manufacturing industry
- Diploma in any HR related discipline
- Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility will be a bonus
