Duties of Retail Store Leader:
- Drive store productivity and achieve sales targets.
- Foster a high-energy, sales-oriented atmosphere.
- Ensure top-notch service by providing ongoing feedback and support to staff.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders for seamless operations and sales achievement.
- Maintain high standards in store presentation and upkeep.
- Address underperformance through targeted development plans or counseling.
