Job Scope :
- Maintain the stable operation and security of in-house computer software systems and network connections.
- Build, configure, monitor, and maintain network components, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, leased lines, ISPs, and related systems.
- Diagnose and resolve network and PC issues, providing hardware/software support to users.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of server and network equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for project delivery and support.
- Work with back-line support and/or vendor support to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure architects to ensure technical designs comply with government infrastructure, policies, standards, and security requirements.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the design, deployment, operation, and management of enterprise and/or cloud infrastructure.
- Provide operational support for secure infrastructure.
- Ensure seamless service delivery and implementation within the business context.
Job Requirement:
- Min. Diploma in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
- Candidate with Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE will be an advantage
