Job Description:
- Provide support for mobile phones and printers.
- Manage phone repairs, including sending devices for repair.
- Offer software support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Support desktop applications, antivirus software, and system updates.
- Deploy Windows security patches for end-user computers.
- Decommission outdated IT equipment.
- Prepare monthly mobile billing reports.
- Update hardware and software inventory documentation.
- Maintain and update telephone and mobile line inventory records.
- Provide after-hours support as needed.
- Support network and telephone cabling issues.
- Provide PABX phone system support.
- Complete assigned projects efficiently.
Job Requirements:
- ITE Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- Installing, setting up, and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, MS Office, MS Outlook, antivirus software, application software, and Windows security patches.
- Setting up and troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware, network printers, mobile phones, mobile printers, and mobile applications.
- Troubleshooting desk phones, network and phone cabling issues, and audio-visual equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
