Key Appointments:

  • Efficient and accurate receipting of incoming payment for assigned corporate portfolio and ensure payment reconciliation.
  • Perform receipting function for incoming payments via GIRO, telegraphic transfer and cheque payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hand the premium receipts for all group insurance policies
  • Hand email enquires send to SGGROUP RECEIPTING from Customer
  • Support Corporate customers payment related enquires

Team:

  • 2 team members within Group Receipting team

Requirements:

Experience

  • Understand the principles and practices for Group Life & Health Business
  • Good knowledge of life insurance products
  • Understand the regulatory aspects life insurance
  • Proficient in MS Office/Excel
  • Good communication / interpersonal skills
  • Good customer service and public relation skills

Education

  • Academic: Diploma in Accounting (preferred)
  • Professional Certification(s): Financial Accounting (preferred)
