This is a full-time role for a Manager/Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial based in Singapore. The role involves the incumbent in day-to-day administrative tasks related to corporate secretarial duties, ensuring governance and compliance with regulatory requirements. The incumbent will also be involved in preparation and circulation of notices of board and/or shareholders' meetings, and to liaise with the stakeholders and other third-party parties.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 to 7 years of Corporate Secretarial experiences
- Knowledge of corporate secretarial practices and regulatory requirements with experience in BVI, Cayman and SG
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Viewpoint would be of an advantage but not necessity
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the legal, financial, or corporate industries is a plus
