admin assistant

Ang Kok Meng Launch Service Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties (Invoice entry, scanning, printing, mailing, filing)
  • Attend to emails and phone calls
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
  • Hardworking, meticulous and able to work independently
  • Have some experience in handling Accounts receivables/General Ledger/Others
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • MS Office proficient (Word,Excel).
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates

Other Information:

· Job location: Trio Mall (Near Farrer Park MRT)

· Part time: minimum 4 hours daily (11 am onwards)/ Monday-Thursday

$12/hr

· Job Type: Part time
