Job Description
- Work permit applications, issuance and cancellations
- Purchase of workers security bond, medical insurance
- Booking of CSOC training courses / all workers training courses
- Update of workers database
- Filing and keeping contracts of workers
- Employee attendance and leave administration
- Arrangement of workers onboarding processes
- Assist with workers' payroll processing
- Liaise with Finance department for all payments related to workers
- Liaise with various government bodies on the necessary procedures and documentation required in getting workers into Singapore
- Liaise with dormitory operators on workers' check in/out
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Preferable east 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Graduate student are also welcome to apply.
- Preferable 1-2 years of Construction industry background preferred
