We are a frozen food and poultry distribution company and is looking to hire operations officers for our Operation department. Our operations include frozen food department/ chilled poultry department and roasted food products department
Job Description:
· Receive and process customer orders using ERP system
· Check stocks/ stock take before goods are being loaded into the delivery van
· Issue invoice upon check and confirmation
· Maintain customers’ profiles (address, company details etc.)
· Maintain customers’ price list
· Manage customers complaints/feedbacks and reflect to management wherever necessary
· Other ad-hoc duties delegated by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Must be a good team player and is able to work well with colleagues
- Able to communicate in mandarin
- Positive learning attitude
- Entry- level, no relevant experience needed
