Responsibilities:

- Workforce Planning: Analyzing workforce needs and planning for future staffing requirements.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing HR data to support decision-making and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in HR/Business administration
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tech/gaming industry
