We are currently seeking an experienced and senior Mechanical Engineer with a Qualified Person (QP) status to join our team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver complex mechanical engineering projects, including design, development, and implementation
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and the Singapore Standards (SS)
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to identify mechanical engineering requirements and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement mechanical engineering solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our mechanical engineering services
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license and Qualified Person (QP) status in Singapore
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on building services and M&E systems
- Proven track record of success in leading and delivering complex mechanical engineering projects
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, theories, and practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
