Looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position:-
Assistant Cook
Responsibilities:
- Food preparation & assist Cook for some dishes cooking
- Ability to manage entire station independently
- Support the main Cook
- Take responsibility for receiving and safe storage of food ingredients
- Ensure first in first out (FIFO) practices are used in the restaurant
- Maintaining of equipment and kitchen facilities & Cleanliness
- To be responsible for personal hygiene and grooming
Requirements:
- min. 1 years of experience in Mixed Veg/ Chinese Cooking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proven experience as Asst Cook, tech savvy person, able to accept all implementation to improve the work (if any)
- Posses valid Singapore Food Hygiene Certificate (if any)
- Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment
- Able to commit weekends and public holidays (if any)
- Good team player and outgoing
- Able to be versatile and multitasking
- To cook other than Chinese Cuisine – eg. Western / others Cuisine will be a Plus+ (for daily special menu)
