Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares 2D & 3D presentations and design drawings.
- Compliance with safety regulations and industry standard.
- Prepares and modifies schematic and production drawings.
- Ensure compliance with construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs, and authorities' codes and standards as well as develop solutions to technical & design problem.
- Attending design and construction meetings, to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors.
- Performs other tasks or ad-hoc as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. To possess a Diploma/Bachelor degree in Architecture or equivalent.
2.To have at least 3-5 years of related working experience in similar role.
3. Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD etc.).
4. Knowledge in construction and contractual procedures, familiar with design specifications and construction drawings.
