Job Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and repair central chiller plant equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and related components.
- Carry out preventive maintenance of properties and attend to all work orders issued by tenants and management
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular inspections, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations
- Maintain and monitor building systems
- To assist the departments in all aspects pertaining to electrical, ACMV engineering work to plumbing, sanitary installations, fire sprinkler, alarm systems, lifts and escalators etc
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of related building maintenance experience
- Skilled in Building Works, M&E, Air-Con and/or Electrical
- Independent, proactive and responsible team player
- Flexibility to work shift hours
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management.
