Job Responsibilities:
- Online Gallery Maintenance and Promotion: Regularly update website content, ensure information accuracy, and enhance website SEO ranking. Manage social media accounts, post relevant content, and interact with followers.
- Online Inventory Management: Update inventory data to ensure accurate stock information on the website, synchronize with inventory management systems.
- Create New Product Pages: Design and upload new product pages, including product descriptions, images, and prices, ensuring pages are attractive and user-friendly.
- Update Website Banners and Display Layouts: Regularly update homepage and other website banners, optimize display layouts to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Plan and Execute Promotional Activities: Plan and execute online and offline promotional activities such as discounts, promotions, and member-exclusive events. Analyze activity performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.
- Google Ads Management: Understand and utilize Google Ads for promotion, enhancing brand exposure and driving website traffic.
- Other Related Duties as Assigned: Assist with other tasks and projects related to gallery operations as assigned by the company.
Educational Requirements:
- Diploma or above, major is not specified.
Experience Requirements:
- Open to newcomers with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Candidates with photography experience will be given priority.
Skills Required:
- Web Design and Development: Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic web editing and design. Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Data Analysis: Basic data analysis skills, able to use tools like Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and user behavior.
- SEO/SEM: Understanding of basic SEO principles to optimize website performance and improve search engine rankings. Basic SEM knowledge to manage paid search advertising.
- Social Media Management: Familiar with major social media platforms and promotion methods, able to create and publish engaging content.
- E-Commerce Platform Operations: Familiar with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), experience in designing and optimizing product pages.
- Google Ads Management: Knowledgeable and experienced in using Google Ads to drive brand visibility and website traffic.
- Communication and Coordination: Strong communication skills, able to coordinate effectively with designers, developers, and marketing teams, with some copywriting ability.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with good time management skills and work efficiency.
- Photography Experience: Experience in photography is a plus, able to take high-quality photos of products to enhance website and social media content.
