Job Description:
- Handle full sets of accounting [AP / AR / GL].
- Manage invoicing / payments / collections until month-end closure.
- Responsible for entering transactions and assigning account codes.
- Conduct monthly bank, debtors, creditors, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecasts and bank reconciliation.
- Calculate sales commissions.
- Pre and submit GST reports.
- Assist in preparing audit schedules and liaise with auditors and tax officers.
- Communicate with suppliers from China, Malaysia, and Singapore.
- Issue and email purchase orders to suppliers.
- Update the purchasing schedule and follow up on shipments with suppliers and logistics for delivery.
- Inform the storekeeper of incoming shipments and record purchase invoices upon receipt.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Accounting.
- Min. 3 years of full set Accounting working experience.
- Singaporeans only!
