Executive - SINDA Youth Club

[Contract Position]

The team member will work with the SINDA Youth Club’s (SYC) Committee in operationalising and conceptualising quality leadership and development programmes for youths.

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial support to the SINDA Youth Committee and assist in minutes-taking during meetings
• Co-development and execution of short-term and long-term youth leadership programmes
• Liaise and work with partners to meet the needs of the programmes
• Marketing & publicity of programmes
• Managing and leveraging on social media platforms
• Manage SINDA Youth Club’s main account page on LinkedIn & SINDA Youth Club’s website
• Submit regular updates on programmes to CEO’s office
• Assist in designing publicity materials for programmes
• Canva skill will be an added advantage
• Monitor programme budget and prepare dashboard
• Provide administrative support
• Execution of youth development programmes
• Participate in Divisional and SINDA-wide events when required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role
• Meticulous, good decision and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience in running events / programmes
• Able to perform basic data analysis using Excel/Power BI would be an added advantage
• Able to work outdoors
• Flexible to work on regular weekday evenings and Saturdays; Time off will be given to compensate the overtime hours worked

This is a contract position; renewal of contract is subject to the performance and divisional requirements.
