In this Role, you’ll get to
- Lead Trip.com Singapore and Malaysia User Generated Content (UGC) platform - Trip moments.
- Develop and execute a growth marketing strategy, with a focus on email, content, social media, and SEO, to grow Trip moments membership and increase brand awareness in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Create and execute marketing strategies/campaigns to drive member growth, Improving existing members retention and increase the lifetime value of members, by delivering high quality campaigns that promote engaging events, content, products and incentives.
- Own Trip moments campaign calendar - planning, optimising and publishing campaigns to engage audience. Convert audience to Trip Moments members and encourage users to participate and create engaging content and foster a healthy community.
- Brief designers, developers to create new campaign landing pages that deliver a better experience for customers and new prospects.
- Oversee Trip moment budget, partner with Finance on forecasting and budgeting for marketing activities and report ROI.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams e.g. social media, SEO, product team, to promote the Trip moments society and grow more members.
- Find, nurture and strengthen relationships with key influencers and partners. Briefing content requirements to KOLs/influencers/creators, influencer liaison, fee negotiation, obtaining copyrights and source the content on our platforms.
- Work with the Headquarter and international team on partnership to support our international marketing roadmap and foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Monitor the performance report and key KPI that shows the result of growth marketing initiatives and provide recommendations on improvements and new strategies.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- A minimum 3 years working experience in the role of Growth Marketing or Marketing Acquisition with a proven track record of growing customer base and customer acquisition via multi marketing channels.
- A strong commercial and growth mindset - experience producing compelling and creative campaigns that deliver values to acquire, engage or retain members. Short-copywriting skills is a plus.
- Possesses good data analysis skills and able to story tell using data
- Attention on details, and a can-do attitude and be able to take the initiatives and work independently.
- Effective time management and project management skills
- Able to think out of box and be creative, understand how we market and where we market.
