Job Description
To provide logistical support to the Programme Executive (PE) in various capacities, such as:
- Assisting the PE in the setup and breakdown of hybrid bilingual (English-Mandarin) mode classes on a daily basis, monitoring and providing feedback on any issues, including technical support.
- Taking and tracking attendance for students.
- Managing catering, including two tea breaks and lunch, collecting and overseeing the return of unused utensils, directing students to designated eating areas, coordinating beverage and food deliveries, ensuring timely supply, and preparing utensils when necessary. Returning unconsumed food and unused utensils to the office as needed.
- Capturing photos for record-keeping, sending them to the PE (deleting them upon completion of the task), posting PDPA announcements in the classroom, and collecting them afterward.
- Assisting with inquiries from instructors, students, and interpreters for face-to-face group sessions, communicating promptly with the PE.
- Addressing ad-hoc requests from onsite students.
- Disposing of waste and restoring the classroom to its original condition after 5 pm for other program night sessions.
- Coordinating logistics for printing and distributing gifts to students.
- Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess qualification of O level and above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to understand and speak Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking students
WORKING HOURS
- Standard Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30 to 5.30pm
- 5 DAYS WORK WEEK
