Kitchen Assistant (Mix Veg Stall)

Looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position:-


Kitchen Assistant (Mix Veg Stall)


Responsibilities:-

- Assist all Chefs in performing general food- preparation tasks

- Organizing and arranging necessary ingredients for orders of the day

- Maintaining general cleanliness of the kitchen, general washing and keeping food storage areas clean and orderly, duties incl. cashiering, serving & cleaning.

- To keep a check on the ingredients needed and to raise requisitions for any shortage

- Compliant to the mandatory hygiene and safety standards and requirements

- Maintain and continuously seek improvement in food quality standards and service and operating standards to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

- Supervising and assisting in training of new employees

- To possess expert knowledge of food preparation and cooking procedures

- To work well with all team members by creating a stimulating, positive and energetic working atmosphere

- To take ownership of all tasks, duties and responsibilities assigned to you and ensuring that they are completed according to the kitchen work schedule and to the required standard

- Serving food portion according to SOP and cashering

- All other related duties assigned by Cook/ Manager.

- Proven experience kitchen work, tech savvy person, able to accept all implementation to improve the work


Requirements:-

- Minimum 1 year of relevant service experience is preferred but not necessary

- Good work ethics and willingness to learn.
- Detailed, energetic and highly motivated.
- Warm and cheerful personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum English spoken, any other language is a plus.
- Able to work in a team.
- Must have initiative.
- Must be able to work overtime occasionally.


Shifts and Compensation:

- Full time working hours + meals break : 54 hrs / week; 6 days week (incl. weekends / PHs)

- FT 0030-0930hrs or 0630-1530hrs (Working timing may be changed from time to time)


Remuneration : $2,000

Basic - $1,270 (OT $9.99/hr) Lodging - $0 Transport - $200 Shift Allw - $500 Data - $30
