Role Responsibilities
· To provide full secretarial, administrative and business support to the director. Liaising with the stakeholders both internally externally. Ensure smooth running of the office through effective schedule management and working closely with the team.
· Scheduling of meetings/appointments
· Facilitate management meetings
· Coordinate with relevant departmental coordinators to ensure that relevant administrative procedures are updated.
· Monitor email correspondence to ensure timely responses. Manage follow-up and execute actions as appropriate.
· Provide other ad-hoc administrative duties where necessary.

· Tactful and discreet, confidentiality a must, given access to sensitive data.
· 1 + years of experience in secretarial and administrative roles of a similar nature.
· Needs to have a high sense of responsibility, be well organised and able to coordinate matters with senior members of the group.
· Must be very responsive, able to work well under pressure, able to operate with little guidance, and have excellent organisational skills to pro-actively arrange meetings. Has the ability to multi-task while remaining calm and professional.
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
· Excellent communication skills, including a good command of both written and spoken.
· Eye for detail (both numerically and in reviewing written documents) and the ability to present information well. Ability to multi-task.
Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
· Enjoys working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
· Enjoys working with people.
· Additional travel allowance may be provided for candidates with class 3 license and private car owners.
