Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects involving landed property construction from inception to completion.
- Address customer inquiries and manage post-TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) issues, including defects rectification and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and liaise effectively with architects, engineers, authorities (RTO), quantity surveyors (QS), main contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare renovation renderings and visualizations as required for project documentation and client presentations.
- Assist in quantity surveying tasks as needed, leveraging QS experience for project cost control and estimation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project coordination within the context of landed property construction.
- Ability to handle customer interactions post project TOP, focusing on defect management and resolution.
- Proficiency in renovation rendering tools and software for visual representation.
- Preferably, experience or background in quantity surveying for cost estimation and control purposes.
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
