Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect designing and implementing solutions using C# .NET / Java technologies.
- Strong proficiency in both C# .NET (ASP.NET, .NET Core) / Java (J2EE, Spring Framework).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
Desired Skill-set
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Java certifications) .
Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions using C# .NET / Java technologies that meet business requirements and align with technical specifications.
- Develop architecture blueprints, technical design documents, and provide architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks based on project requirements, industry trends, and best practices in C# .NET / Java ecosystems.
- Conduct proof of concepts and feasibility studies to validate technical decisions and proposals.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and objectives.
- Communicate technical concepts and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
