Responsibilities
- Execute routine accounting and finance duties, including receivables, payables, general ledger, tax, and bank reconciliation.
- Manage CAPEX, fixed assets processes, and timely closing, including intercompany reconciliations.
- Handle monthly journals, audit schedules, lease matters, and prepare reports promptly.
- Prepare quarterly GST reporting and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate policies.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties, including financial institutes, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, government authorities, vendors, and related parties.
- Assist in the annual audit process, tax filing (corporate, withholding), and any ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Support system implementation, process improvements, forecasting, and budgeting exercises per corporate guidelines.
- Analyze accounts and perform reconciliations.
Requirements
- Experience in full sets of accounts
- Ok to travel to Tuas Location, transportation allowance provided.
