about the job
- Manage and support the pricing process for group insurance products
- Develop and maintain pricing models and assumptions, ensuring they reflect current market conditions and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular analysis of the experiences and impacts of the products to the business.
- Conduct profitability analysis and risk assessments for new and existing products.
- Assist in implementing product development related tasks.
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement initiatives relating to the group & medical business.
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects.
about the manager/team
This role is required to lead a team.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Good progression in actuarial qualification.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in pricing actuarial, especially in group pricing.
- Experience leading a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in actuarial software and modeling tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore insurance market and regulatory environment.
