We seek a dynamic and experienced Freelance Creative Producer to join our team. As a Freelance Creative Producer, you will oversee the creative aspects of projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Content, Marketing, Talent, Digital, designers and production houses/ studios, to ensure the successful execution of creative ideas across different platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts and ideas.
- Collaborate and coordinate with marketing, digital, external vendors, designers, and artists to develop content and artwork that aligns with project goals.
- Oversee the production process, including casting, location scouting, and scheduling.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to team members to ensure high-quality output.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve creative processes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Editing, re-versioning and reformatting creative assets when required
- Periodic communication and coordination with local and regional teams
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar role within the creative/ media industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent social skills which will enable you to interact with a wide range of personalities and build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Highly organized, collaborative self-starter who can work under pressure, set priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Sound understanding of still and motion graphics as to be able to work with designers to achieve creative briefs
- Proficient with editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office apps
