Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive spray painting.
2. Proficient understanding of automotive spray painting, equipment, and maintenance practices.
3. Independent worker with a track record of fostering a positive work environment, and achieving performance targets.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Education:
