Responsibilities:
- Test new products, report findings, and share insights with the domain and marketing teams.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the service team by testing faulty appliance products.
- Develop in-house cooking recipes on a quarterly basis.
- Plan and conduct regular cooking classes for customers.
- Train demonstrators and promoters on the usage of home appliance products.
- Support cooking events and roadshows with cooking demonstrations.
- Support Cooking Community, value creation, and livestreaming activities.
- Conduct in-store demonstrations as required.
Requirements:
- Have strong interest and passion in cooking
- Able to work independenly with good product knowledge
- Have good interest in creating food recipe
- Patience and has good communication skill
- Have simple excel knowledge
