Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Mazak CNC programming for precision parts as per drawing or technical specification.
- Perform CNC milling & lathe programming and setting of job on CNC machines.
- Locate raw materials, prepare tools, and generate programming offline required to perform the job.
- Set parameters (feed rate, speed, etc) according to materials and tools selection to achieve optimum speed.
- Perform progressive machining operations for precision parts.
- Perform details machining process plan and estimate cycle time.
- Technical support for daily manufacturing process including design jig & fixtures.
- Supporting QC on compiling documentation, instrument calibration and gauge room support
Requirements:
- Secondary education/Nat’l trade cert with 5 years experiences in related field.
- Minimum 5 years in CNC programing and reviewing toolings for machine tools.
