- Position: Clinic Assistant/ Receptionist (FULL TRAINING PROVIDED) – Up to $2800
- Location: Tampines (2 bus stop away from Tampines MRT)
- Working hours: 5 days work week [4 days on weekdays (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8.30am – 12.30pm/ 2.00pm – 4.00pm/ 7.00pm – 9.00pm), Saturday and Sunday half day (8.30am – 12.30pm), FIXED OFF ON WEDNESDAY
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2800 + AWS + 14 Days of Annual leave + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
- Help to do the registration of patients
- Manage Crowd
- Attending to phone calls, scheduling, appointments, reminders, and chronic medication follow up
- Preparation, replenishment, checking, dispensing of medications and consumables as required
- Collecting payments
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients who converse in Mandarin only
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Full training provided for candidate without experience
