Job Responsibilities:
· Promote the company’s brand image
· Provide effective sales service to customers
· Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers are satisfied with the overall purchase experience
· Build and maintain good relationship with customers
· Demonstrate and provide product information and answer all enquires
· Engage with customers, understanding their needs and provide advice and guidance on products selection
· Arrangement of delivery for customers
Requirement
- Able to work 6 days (10am to 8pm) Depending on outlet operation hour
- Minimum Higher Secondary education or ITE and A fast leaner.
- Experience in Mattress industry is an advantage
- Result-oriented and self-driven
- Ability to multi-task, mature, responsible, with high level of integrity
