As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive nursing care and support to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include administering treatments, monitoring patient conditions, coordinating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the overall well-being of patients under your care.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality nursing care to patients based on their individual needs and medical conditions.
2. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
3. Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, documenting observations and reporting any significant changes.
4. Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
5. Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
2. Valid SNB nursing license and registration
3. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
5. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
6. Proficiency in medical record documentation and basic computer skills.
7. Commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
