What you'll do:
As a Senior Applications Programmer / Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. You will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, you will ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and issues. Your role will also involve identifying and mitigating risks associated with project delivery. Ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements will be a key part of your role. You will also oversee project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints. Coordinating with external vendors and partners as necessary will also fall under your purview.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Applications Programmer / Project Manager position brings a wealth of experience and skills to the table. You must be proficient in Chinese & English. A minimum of 10 years in project management is required for this role. Experience running multi-million dollar initiatives is highly desirable. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are preferred but not mandatory. A strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall is essential. Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams is a must.
