The Telesales Executive Role

As the first and key point of contact for new customers, the Telesales Executive’s role will be crucial in establishing a positive first impression of the Quotz brand. Your responsibilities will include prospecting warm leads, handling all inbound inquiries related to our services, nurturing customer relationships via timely follow-up, and driving overall sales. The ideal candidate should be goal-driven, possess good phone etiquette, and be able to engage effectively with both English and Mandarin-speaking customers over the phone and in person. No experience in the automotive industry is required as on-the-job training will be provided, but a high willingness to learn will ensure you succeed in the job.


Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls via warm leads generated

· Attend to customers’ inquiries and requirements through various channels including phone calls, emails, and text messages

· Address feedback or issues faced by customers, offer solutions and resolve them in an effective and timely manner

· Initiate and improve customer relations via follow-ups

· Work closely with the Team Lead to conceive new sales and service initiatives and strategies


REQUIREMENTS

· ‘N’ Level/’O’ Level/Nitec/Diploma holders welcome to apply

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Good command of English and conversational Mandarin

· Good to have but not compulsory - Previous Telesales / Call Centers / Telemarketing / Customer Service experiences


SOFT SKILLS

· Good interpersonal communication skills

· Proactive and able to work independently

· A friendly disposition goes a long way


OTHER INFORMATION

· 5 days work week
