Reporting to the senior Nurse Manager, you will be an integral part of the team to provide nursing care to our residents.
As a Staff Nurse, you will:
. Fulfill the role of Overall Nurse-in-charge, overseeing daily operations. . Supervise nursing staff during your shift, ensuring high-quality patient care.
. Provide guidance to senior nurses during complex procedures and wound care.
. Maintai ward tidiness and promptly address resident needs.
. Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident conditions and well-being.
. Administer medications and perform senior nursing treatments. Educate residents, relatives, and handle emergencies.
. Ensure accurate nursing chart updates, vital signs recording, and care plans.
. Maintain cleanliness of medication storage areas and treatment rooms.
. Collaborate with medical professionals for Multi-Disciplinary Rounds. . Participate in Quality Assurance, Fire Safety, and Emergency Response Committees.
. Mentor new Staff Nurses and Enrolled Nurses.
. Conduct annual performance appraisals and KPI reports for assigned teams.
Qualifications:
. State Registered Nurse certification from the Singapore Nursing Board.
. Basic cardiac Life Support training.
. Relevant nursing qualification, such as a Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
