Job Description :
- Responsible for managing ACMV/Elec/Civil/Plumbing & Sanitary site works
- Responsible for manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, ensuring all works are carried out within schedule
- Coordinate and liaise with subcontractos regarding work progress, work acceptance, plan approval and other relevant matters
- Liaise with Consultant & subcons to resolve technical/site issues and attend site meetings when required
- Responsible for preparing, submission of method of statement and other required reports
- Conduct inspection with RE / RTO
- Monitor safety performance of subcontracts
- Report to the Project Manager (PM)
Job Requirement :
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 8 years’ working experience in the construction industry
- Good communication skills to interact with people across all levels
- Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project
- Experience in Wafer fabs, pharmaceutical will be advantageous
- Language (s): Mandarin, English (in order to liaise with the English & Chinese speaking associates)
