Salary: up to $2700 per month

Working Location: Nearest to Upper Changi MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, normal office hours
Job Descriptions
- To assist with designing and developing self-help resources and functions in resolving common issues and access information.
- Create guides or relevant tools to assist in the devolvement of selected centralised administrative processes to the respective units, as well develop common FAQs and self-help resources to encourage users to resolve common queries independently.
- Create bite-sized content and graphics to maintain constant communication of recently launched HR frameworks/initiatives to ensure clarity and alignment and ease transition.
- Assisting with stock taking of current office inventory, digitalization of documents, packing and unpacking.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Min Diploma Qualification.
- Prior experience in using desigining tools i.e. Canva.
