Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Principal Mechanical Engineer for the next phase of their business. They are located in West - easily accessible.
Duties:
- Lead Mechanical and HVAC disciplines for CAPEX projects, overseeing FEED consultants, EPC contractors, and vendors.
- Develop and issue design bases, datasheets, project specifications, and scopes of work for feasibility studies, FEED, and EPC projects.
- Review and evaluate proposals from consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Validate and approve Mechanical and HVAC deliverables in CAPEX projects.
- Support regulatory approval processes and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
- Collaborate with project management, engineering disciplines, and operations teams.
- Witness factory acceptance tests (FAT) and ensure accurate engineering databases.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field.
- Min 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas industry, with exposure in LNG industry.
- Experience in Mechanical design software
