Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Record Management: Accurately record data related to the inflow and outflow of goods, ensuring all records are precise and error-free.
- Inventory Management: Regularly check inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure the accuracy of inventory data.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts for the handling and storage of goods, maintaining safety and efficiency in the warehouse.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain the warehouse in a clean and orderly manner, ensuring proper arrangement of goods and effective use of space.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to handle the distribution and receipt of goods, ensuring timely inventory flow.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or above.
- Experience: Preferably with previous warehouse management experience; basic understanding of warehouse operations is essential.
- Skills: Proficient in using computers and office software (such as Excel) for record-keeping and management. Forklift certification is preferred.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage stress effectively.
