Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for digital innovation. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding our development team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the development and implementation of web solutions using WordPress, HubSpot, Magnolia CMS, and custom web applications.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and integrate them into our projects to drive innovation.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including version control, testing, and documentation.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and technical direction of the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Strong knowledge of server-side languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Ruby on Rails).
- Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and Magnolia CMS development.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Oracle Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
